Yes, online marriage is legal under USA law and you will receive a marriage certificate with apostille directly from the USA Utah courthouse.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?

We offer assistance of online weddings with the full package for the Marriage license, Marriage Certificate, Apostille, ROM (report of marriage), and help with the visa process. With us, you can have a private ceremony where you can invite up to 50 people which can be your family and friends.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET MARRIED IF WE DON’T MEET EACH OTHER?

CAN MY SPOUSE GET A VISA TO ENTER TO THE PHILIPPINES AFTER AN ONLINE WEDDING?

Yes, you can get the visa but after the marriage, you need to report this Marriage to the San Francisco Philippines Consulate and later apply for Visa

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE SCHENGEN OR USA SPOUSAL VISA IF WE DON’T MEET IN PERSON?

No, in this situation it’s not possible because one of the requirements is pictures together. A spouse must come to the Philippines first.

IS A CENOMAR REQUIRED FOR THE APPLICATION?

For the marriage application, you don’t need to have the CENOMAR but is recommended to have it before Marriage if you apply for Schengen or a USA visa later.
